Lung Cancer - #1 Cancer Killer of Women in America
November 28, 2015
November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month and did you know that it is estimated that more than 71,000 American women will lose their lives to lung cancer in 2015 alone? Also, only 25% of Hispanic women are aware that lung cancer kills more people than breast cancer, colon cancer and pancreatic cancer combined. On this edition of Centro, WBZ's Yadires Nova-Salcedo talks via satellite about this very important topic with oncologist Dr. Jorge Gomez and lung cancer survivor Nancy Vandespool. Tune in!
NOTE: You can watch both the English and Spanish versions of Centro anytime, visiting our website www.cbsboston.com/centro
