Love Me Not? Celtics Waiting On Meeting With Kevin Love
BOSTON (CBS) -- NBA free agency opened at midnight Wednesday, and players have already started chatting with teams about potential deals.
The Celtics are hoping to get such a meeting with free agent forward Kevin Love, but are currently stuck in limbo on that front according to Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Celtics made a hard push to trade for Love last offseason, before the Cleveland Cavaliers were able to swoop in with first overall pick Andrew Wiggins an complete a deal. Love struggled a bit as the third wheel in Cleveland, averaging 16.4 points and 9.7 rebounds during the regular season -- the lowest of his career since his second year in the league.
He appeared in just four playoff games for Cleveland, averaging 14.3 points and seven rebounds, before suffering a shoulder injury courtesy of Celtics forward Kelly Olynyk. Love said earlier this offseason he had forgiven Olynyk, a statement that came after he said he would remain in Cleveland.

The fifth overall pick in 2008, Love has averaged 18.7 points on 45 percent shooting and 8.7 rebounds per game over his seven-year career in Minnesota and Cleveland.
Love is reportedly scheduled to meet with the Los Angeles Lakers this week, but is expected to re-sign with the Cavaliers this offseason.
