LEGO Education North America Moving To Boston, Walsh Says
BOSTON (CBS) -- Boston will soon be home to the new headquarters of LEGO Education North America, Mayor Marty Walsh said Thursday.
Walsh made the announcement at a morning speech to the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, during which he laid out his vision for job growth in the city.
"LEGO Education North America will be moving its headquarters from Kansas City all the way to Boston, bringing 75 jobs and a stellar international brand that's a perfect fit for our city," Walsh said.
The organization says it works with teachers to provide classroom resources that make learning fun.
