Kraft Group Pays $22K To Foxboro For Late Springsteen Concert
FOXBORO (CBS) -- Gillette Stadium won't be fined for a Bruce Springsteen concert that went 26 minutes past curfew because its management has already paid the town.
Foxboro's Manager Bill Keegan confirmed Thursday that the Kraft Group paid $22,429 to the town as stipulated by the terms of their license to hold the show.
Springsteen's concerts have grown notorious for how long they go on. Springsteen's tour-ending show in Foxboro on September 14 included an epic 32-song set that lasted almost four hours.
The Boss' longest show was 4 hours and 6 minutes in Helsinki, Finland, in 2012.
