Kobe Bryant Visits Marketing Class At Boston College
BOSTON (CBS) – Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant dropped in on a class at Boston College Thursday night.
Bryant appeared to catch the students in the international marketing class off guard by sitting in on their lecture.
B.C. spokesman Jack Dunn said Professor Nick Nugent was teaching the first class of the semester when an "unexpected guest" walked into his classroom.
"I had just begun the class with an example of the how the NBA is a model of successful international marketing and how Kobe Bryant is its biggest star, when suddenly the door opened and in walked Kobe," Nugent said in a statement Friday. "It was surreal."

Bryant stayed for two hours and then signed autographs and took photos with students.
Several students tweeted the pictures and Bryant also sent out his own tweet thanking B-C.
Bryant is traveling with the Lakers who are in Boston to play the Celtics at the TD Garden Friday night.
He won't play in the game because he's still recovering from a broken knee.
