Kendrick Lamar, SZA taking Grand National Tour to Gillette Stadium in 2025

Meet the teacher who connected Kendrick Lamar to hip-hop

FOXBORO - Kendrick Lamar and SZA are the latest big-name performers to announce a concert at Gillette Stadium in 2025. The artists are teaming up for the Grand National Tour next year, and they're set to play in Foxboro, Massachusetts on May 12.

Tickets go on sale to the public 10 a.m. Friday at grandnationaltour.com.

Kendrick Lamar's big year

Lamar made headlines in 2024 for his feud with Canadian rapper Drake, which led to the chart-topping diss track "Not Like Us." The weekslong beef is now in court, with Drake accusing Spotify and Universal Music Group of conspiring to inflate streams of the song.

Lamar is nominated for seven Grammy Awards, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year for "Not Like Us."  In September it was announced he would headline the 2025 Super Bowl halftime show.

Lamar and SZA previously collaborated on the "Black Panther" soundtrack lead single "All the Stars." SZA is also featured in two songs on Lamar's latest album "GNX."

Gillette Stadium concerts for 2025

Gillette Stadium is starting to fill up its calendar for 2025 concerts. Australian rock legends AC/DC announced Monday that its Power Up Tour will be in Foxboro on May 4.

Post Malone and Jelly Roll have a concert at the stadium planned for May 31, and Coldplay is playing two shows at Gillette for its Music of the Spheres world tour on with a "mystery guest" on July 15 and July 16.
