Kayakers Rescued From Boston Harbor
BOSTON (CBS) – Two kayakers were rescued after they fell into the water in South Boston on Christmas Day.
When emergency crews arrived at about 2:00pm, they observed two overturned kayaks and two men clinging to a mooring ball about 150 yards off M Street Beach.
Harbor Unit Officers were able to pull the men onto their boat.
The men, ages 52 and 49, were transported to Mass. General Hospital and treated for hypothermia.
