Kerry Hosts Meeting With EU Diplomats At Tufts University
SOMERVILLE (CBS) -- At Tufts University Saturday, Secretary of State John Kerry hosted a meeting with his counterparts, diplomats from around the European Union.

Most of Sec. Kerry's meetings are closed to press, but in his opening remarks, he called out Russia twice.
"Russia needs to set an example, not a precedent," Kerry said.

He criticized Russia for the situation in Syria, then for the country's actions in Ukraine.
"We also stand absolutely united for a democratic Ukraine, another place where we call on Russia to cooperate and to move forward," Kerry said.
