Teen arrested in stabbing near Allston community center

BOSTON - A 14-year-old boy has been arrested after a stabbing near the Jackson Mann Community Center in Allston. 

Police responded to the Armington Street area and found a 14-year-old with multiple stab wounds in his abdomen and rib cage. He was taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police found a second victim in the area who was allegedly assaulted by the same suspect.

The suspect, a 14-year-old boy, was arrested near Ringer Park. On Tuesday, he was arraigned in Boston Juvenile Court on charges including assault, armed robbery and resisting arrest. He was held on $1,000 bail, ordered to have no contact with the victims and to stay away from the Jackson Mann School and the Boston Green Academy. He will be confined to his home except for alternative school placement.
