Harvard Zamboni Breaks Down, Dartmouth Pokes Fun
ALLSTON (CBS) - Harvard may have won the hockey game, but Dartmouth won the Twitter war on Friday night in Allston.
The Crimson were scheduled to take on the Big Green at 7 p.m. at Harvard's Bright-Landry Hockey Center.
But the game didn't start until 8:49 p.m. because of an on-ice Zamboni malfunction.
Dartmouth Hockey's Twitter account had some fun during the delay.
Having the Zamboni breakdown and drop snow in the area of the net we have to defend twice? Bold strategy, Harvard. pic.twitter.com/0CvvCO5WaI

Last year's game was postponed due to snow. Could we have a similar fate this year?! pic.twitter.com/wP3FQrS6hg

"It's not often you have half your team out there pushing the Zamboni across the ice," Harvard coach Ted Donato told the Crimson. "I thought our guys played a solid game…. I thought we played a smart game for the most part."
Harvard went on to win the game, 3-0.
