Suspect In Brockton Shooting Pleads Not Guilty To Murder

BROCKTON (CBS) - On Wednesday, Kevin Gomes pleaded not guilty to murder in a Brockton shooting that left a 51-year-old man dead over the weekend.

Gomes, 26, was arrested Tuesday, in connection with the shooting death Harry Williams.

Officers responded to Auna Drive around 2:40 a.m. on Saturday. Williams was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Gomes was held without bail and is next scheduled to appear in court on March 7.
