Gov. Baker Tours Areas Damaged By Nor'easter
GLOUCESTER (CBS) -- Governor Charlie Baker and Lt. Governor Karyn Polito inspected storm-damaged areas and the recovery efforts around Massachusetts Sunday.
They visited Gloucester, Scituate, Quincy, and Marshfield.
"What we really need to do is talk about structural fixes because clearly the rise in sea levels and rise in water temperatures, this won't be the last time we have another hundred-year storm here," Baker said.

In an effort to support recovery efforts, Baker declared a State of Emergency on Saturday after Friday's massive nor'easter.
As Sunday night, 130,000 were still without power in the state.
Christine Way-Cotter was forced to evacuate her Quincy home on Friday.
She returned to the neighborhood over the weekend to assess the damage.
"Just overwhelming to clean up and see my neighbors all have their homes pretty much destroyed," she said.
"It's good to see the governor come by because we talked about global warming and how we need to change our plans for the bay, and how we're going to live here by the water."
