Gas Up 8 Cents A Gallon In Mass. And NH
MANCHESTER, NH (CBS) -- The spring gas price spike is on and drivers are noticing the surge in cost.

"I try to combine all my errands into one-day trips," said Sally Lester of Contoocook, New Hampshire.
AAA says refineries often shut down in the spring for maintenance, plus they're shifting to cleaner and more expensive fuel for the summer.
And that combination leads to the price hike.
"It's a big deal to people on a fixed income and people who are in the entry level job market," said Nick Wallner of AAA Northern New England.
That means it is a burden for workers like Hannah Charest, who is a delivery driver and has to pay her own gas.
"It makes me stressed out basically because I know I have to spend at least 50 bucks a week every week," said Charest of Hooksett, New Hampshire.
In New Hampshire, the price of self-serve regular unleaded right now is averaging $3.64 a gallon. That's up 8 cents in a week, and 13 cents over the last month.
And in Massachusetts, the average is $3.68 a gallon, also up 8 cents in a week and 17 cents higher than a month ago.
Wallner expects prices to creep up for about another month, level off, and start to go back down around Labor Day.
