Toucher & Rich: Gary Tanguay Torpedoes Trenni Kusnierek Interview
BOSTON (CBS) - Gary Tanguay filled in for Rich on Monday and all things considered he did a fine job, except for the awkward 15-minute segment interviewing his CSNNE colleague Trenni Kusnierek.
Trenni is in Sochi covering curling for NBC and the Winter Olympics, and over the past week she's been a frequent guest of the Toucher & Rich show. She's provided great analysis of the conditions, the alleged spying of the Russians and was even able to explain the sport of curling in 30 seconds or less.
But yesterday she wasn't able to do that, mainly because of one Gary Tanguay.
Maybe because he was on the Toucher & Rich show he felt like he could be a little edgier than normal, but Wallach and Fred were just left shaking their heads, especially when the Erin Andrews peephole incident was brought up - which is probably very creepy if you're a female journalist.
Fred and Rich replayed the highlights of the interview on Tuesday and had some good clean fun at Gary's expense.
