Firefighters Battle Blaze At Building In Lynn
LYNN (CBS) - Firefighters battled a large fire in an abandoned building in Lynn on Thursday afternoon.
The blaze is in a two story building on the Lynnway next to a U-Haul facility. Flames spread to a few of the U-Haul trucks parked nearby.
Crews rescued a homeless person who was living in the building. That person reportedly suffered a broken leg.
According to State Police, the northbound side of the Lynnway was closed at Commercial Street. Traffic was being diverted.
