Photographer Captures Sunrise Over Football Field At Fenway Park
BOSTON (CBS) – The sun is shining over the Shamrock Series at Fenway Park.
Though Saturday's college football showdown between Boston College and Notre Dame at Fenway Park will be a night game, the day's sunrise over the iconic baseball stadium (turned football field) was a beautiful thing.
Aaron Frutman shared a photo on Twitter that shows Saturday morning's sunrise lighting up the sky surrounding the ballpark.
The 3-7 Eagles hope to upset the No. 4 Irish in the first football game played at Fenway since 1968.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
