Felger & Mazz: Brian Robb's Top 5 NBA Prospects

BOSTON (CBS) - The Heat rallied to beat the Celtics 93-86 Tuesday night in Miami, which extended the Celtics road losing streak to 10 games.

The C's have now lost 15 of their last 17 games, and sit in prime position to maximize the amount of ping pong balls for the upcoming NBA lottery.

Boston is tied for the fourth worst record in the NBA, and the team hasn't looked much better even with the return of Rajon Rondo.

Brian Robb is our Celtics blogger here on CBSBostonSports.com, and he's also very much in tune with the NCAA and amateur prospects. Robb gave us his Top 5 for the upcoming NBA draft and gave reasons for his selections.

1. Joel Embiid -- Freshman -- 7'0" 250 lbs -- Center -- University Of Kansas

"He's come out of nowhere a little bit. He's a defensive anchor, and he's rising up the big boards. He set a freshman record blocking 8 shots against Oklahoma State, who's a top 10 team. He's raw offensively, but he's developing. He could step in right now and be the best defensive big man on the Celtics."

2. Jabari Parker -- Freshman -- 6'8" 235 lbs -- Forward -- Duke University

"He's my number two, but he may stay in college. One of his friends is going to Duke and he may want to play with him there - but you're going to risk millions of dollars to play with your friend for a year? I'm not buying it. He's coming out of college."

3. Julius Randle -- Freshman -- 6'9" 250 lbs -- Forward -- University Of Kentucky

"He's kind of got Zach Randolph written all over him. He's guaranteed a double-double for probably ten years of his NBA career. He doesn't have a jump shot yet, and his defense is kind of iffy at this point. That's the guy if you want scoring and rebounding down low he's your man."

4. Andrew Wiggins -- Freshman -- 6'8" 200 lbs -- Guard -- University Of Kansas

"He may not even get to #4 honestly, but I'm a little low on him. His stock has kind of dropped the last few weeks. He has a little bit of Jeff Green in his game right now: very inconsistent. At this point I'm not seeing enough consistent play out of him to warrant a top 3 pick."

5. Dante Exum -- 18 years old -- 6'6" 188 lbs -- PG/SG -- Australia Institute Of Sport

"I like this point guard Dante Exum out of Australia. He might go to college next year, or he might go straight to the draft. He can really handle the ball and can be a post presence down low taking advantage of the small guards down there."
