F-15s In Training Exercise Over Central New Hampshire

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — F-15 Eagles are taking part in a training exercise between Manchester and Lebanon.

The 104th Fighter Wing at Barnes Air National Guard Base in Westfield, Massachusetts, is holding the exercise Monday morning.

The planes will conduct low-altitude intercepting and shadowing light civilian aircraft operated by the Civil Air Patrol.

The exercise is conducted to facilitate training for pilots on intercept procedures, ensuring the Massachusetts Air National Guard is prepared to defend the Northeast airspace against airborne threats
