Elizabeth Warren: 'Too Early To Talk About' 2018 Campaign

BOSTON (AP) — U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren isn't saying whether she'll seek election to a second six-year term in 2018.

Warren, in an interview with WBZ-TV, said it was "too early to talk about that" when asked if she would commit to running for reelection.

The Massachusetts Democrat was first elected to the Senate in 2012, defeating incumbent Republican Sen. Scott Brown.

Warren said she's committed to fighting for the families of Massachusetts and when pressed about a 2018 campaign, said: "I don't want to answer that question."

On Saturday, Vice President Joe Biden held a private meeting with Warren in Washington. Biden is weighing a presidential run.

The interview with Warren was taped last week and broadcast Sunday morning,

Warren has yet to endorse any candidate for president and has said repeatedly she isn't running.
