Boston Police Find, Interview Woman In East Boston Murder Probe

EAST BOSTON (CBS) -- Boston Police say they have found a woman sought in relation to the murder of 18-year-old Blanca Lainez two months ago.

Police released photos and a short video Thursday morning of the woman they wanted to identify in their investigation.

Just after 3:30 p.m. the department tweeted that they had found her and interviewed her.  No other information was released.

Lainez's body was found in a Princeton Street garage June 15. On July 10, 16-year-old Jose Hernandez of East Boston was arrested and charged with her murder.

There's still no word on a motive.

Police are asking anyone with information about Lainez's murder to contact them.

Hernandez is expected to be arraigned Friday in East Boston Municipal Court on a murder charge.
