Video: Man Throws Tables, Chairs In Dunkin' Donuts Attack

CAMBRIDGE (CBS) – A man is facing charges after allegedly attacking a disabled man at a Cambridge Dunkin' Donuts.

Surveillance video from inside the Central Square store on Mass. Ave shows a man picking up chairs, tables and a napkin holder and throwing them at the victim. Tyleek Soloman of Cambridge is facing numerous charges including assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

Customers, including an elderly man who uses a walker, ducked for cover. At one point, the suspect helped the elderly man out of the way before continuing his attack on the victim.

Once all of the customers were out of the way, the suspect punched and kicked the victim while he was on the ground inside the restaurant.

The victim, who walks with a cane, refused treatment at the scene. The man says he doesn't know the suspect and doesn't know why he attacked him.
