#DStrong: Hundreds Show Support For Dorian Murray On RI Beach

WESTERLY, R.I. (CBS) - -A young Rhode Island boy whose dying wish is to become famous got an incredible show of support over the weekend.

Hundreds of people showed up on Misquamicut State Beach Sunday to spell out #DStrong for 8-year-old Dorian Murray.

Dorian suffers from a rare pediatric cancer that is spreading toward his brain and makes treatment ineffective.

Drone video shows hundreds of people walking onto the beach and filling out the wording in the sand. At the end there's a giant heart and dozens of waving hands.

Dorian told WBZ-TV Friday that his newfound fame is "very, very cool."

His story has reached thousands of people via social media and he was invited to the Patriots playoff game in Foxboro on Sunday.
