Trump Changes NH Campaign Plans, Alters Manchester Speech
MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS/AP) -- Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has postponed a rally scheduled for Monday evening in Portsmouth due to the Orlando massacre.
He will still speak Monday afternoon at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, but Trump said he's changing the focus of the speech from his case against his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton to "this terrorist attack, immigration and national security."
Trump also cancelled a fundraiser in Boston Monday.
Clinton will go ahead with scheduled campaign events Monday in Cleveland and Tuesday in Pittsburgh.
She's expected to talk about her national security proposals.
Clinton and President Obama were supposed to campaign together for the first time on Wednesday in Wisconsin, but that event has been postponed.
