Suspicious Death At NH Home Ruled Homicide

DANVILLE, N.H. (CBS) -- The death of a woman in a Danville home has been ruled a homicide, according to the New Hampshire Attorney General's office.

Police responded to an emergency call on Monday and found 51-year-old Jo-Anne Boucher, of Danville, dead in the home.

Authorities are not releasing information about how she died pending what they have called an "active" investigation.

The victim's ex-husband, Daniel Boucher, of Haverhill, and the pair's son Sam told WBZ-TV on Monday they were shocked by the news of her death.

"She was one of the nicest people on God's green earth. That's all I can really say," Sam said.
