Planning Board Member Charged With Taking Upskirt Photos At Dartmouth Bank

DARTMOUTH (CBS) – A member of the Westport Planning Board has been charged with taking upskirt photos inside a Dartmouth bank.

William Raus is the chairman of the Community Preservation Committee and the vice chairman of the Planning Board in nearby Westport.

Dartmouth Police announced on Thursday that Raus has been formally charged with three counts of upskirting.

Raus is accused of multiple incidents at Citzens Bank in Dartmouth where Raus worked at the time.

Citizens Bank said in a statement that Raus no longer works for the company.

Citizens takes these types of allegations very seriously. We took immediate action when we became aware of the situation and this individual is no longer employed by the bank. As always, we are fully cooperating with law-enforcement.

The Town of Westport said it will not proceed with any disciplinary action against Raus until there is an outcome in court.
