COVID Vaccine To Be Offered At 43 Massachusetts Walmart Stores
BOSTON (CBS) – Walmart stores in 43 Massachusetts communities will begin offering COVID vaccine appointments starting next week.
Vaccines will be available at Walmart stores in Methuen, Chicopee, North Reading, Avon, Falmouth, Pittsfield, Fall River, North Dartmouth, Fairhaven, North Attleboro, Raynham, Swansea, Seekonk, Lynn, Salem, Saugus, Davers, Springfield, Westfield, Ware, Northampton, Hadley, Hudson, Framingham, Tewksbury, Chelmsford, Weymouth, Bellingham, Brockton, Wareham, Plymouth, Abington, Halfiax, Worcester, Leominster, Gardner, Orange, Whitinsville, Sturbridge, Leicester, West Boylston, Lunenburg, and Northboro.
Some stores will receive shipments of Moderna's two-dose vaccine while others will offer the Johnson & Johnson one-shot vaccine.
Walmart's online scheduling system will be live by Friday morning, a spokesman said.
