Grinch Steals Christmas Decorations Off Lowell Lawn

LOWELL (CBS) - Surveillance video captured a Grinch stealing Christmas decorations off of the lawn of a Lowell family.
Steve and Krystal Winchester said they were trying to make their Christmas lawn display special for their five-month-old son's first Christmas.
On Monday morning, the couple woke up to find several of their lawn decorations taken and others broken. When they reviewed their home surveillance video, they saw a man walking into their yard and then leaving with a blow-up T-Rex, Mickey Mouse, and snowman.
"The word that comes to mind is heartless because it's Christmas. Who steals ornaments on Christmas?" Steve said.
The couple filed a report with Lowell police and they are hoping the thief will return what he stole.
