Cape Air Pilot Makes Emergency Landing At Logan Airport
BOSTON (CBS) – A Cape Air pilot made an emergency landing at Logan Airport on Friday afternoon.
The plane, which was coming from Nantucket, did not have any passengers on board and the pilot was not injured, Cape Air said in a statement. "The pilot was alerted to an issue with the nose gear, performed the emergency checklist, and landed at Logan."
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the nose gear on the plane, a twin-engine Cessna 402C, collapsed during landing.
