Bomb Squad Detonates Suspicious Device In Allston
BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston Police bomb squad detonated a suspicious device on Western Ave in Allston Monday evening.
The owner of the Boyne Irish Pub says the device was a pressure cooker, and it was detonated with a water cannon.
Roads in the area were closed as police investigated.
The MBTA diverted bus routes in the area.
