Baby Otter Opens Eyes For 1st Time After Being Rescued From A Parking Lot
CHELMSFORD (CBS) - A baby otter, found stranded and alone, is showing signs of progress.
The little guy, now named "Emmett", was only about a week old when he was brought into the Newhouse Wildlife Rescue of Chelmsford.
Emmett was found in the middle of a parking lot that was about to be paved. A month later, Emmett opened his eyes for the first time.
Newhouse Wildlife Rescue rehabilitates animals so they can be released back into the wild.
