Ashland Crash Injures 5, Causes Power Outages
ASHLAND (CBS) -- A serious crash in Ashland overnight injured several people and shut off power to the area.
Authorities said early Sunday morning that the single-car crash on East Union Street involved five patients, and two had to be evacuated by medical helicopter.

There was no immediate word on the extent of the injuries.
The crash knocked down power lines, and police said electricity would be out for "an extended period of time."
East Union Street between Route 135 and Cedar Street was expected to be closed for most of Sunday.
