6 NFL Head Coaches Who Will Be Looking For A New Job On Monday

BOSTON (CBS) -- Another NFL season coming to an end on Sunday, which should make for a very interesting Monday for some teams.

The Monday following the end of the regular season, commonly referred to as "Black Monday," is going to be chaotic for all the coaches on the hot seat. Here are the list of coaches who will potentially be looking for a new job in the near future:

- Rex Ryan is gone. The Jets head coach may want to hire someone to clean out his office before the team gets back from Miami. This is a tough one, because Rex did the best he could do with the talent he had. He needed a quarterback and they gave him Geno Smith. Geno is not good enough. Rex should end up somewhere; my guess on TV talking sports. He would be gold as an analyst.

- Tony Sparano is probably gone. The Oakland Raiders interim football coach has done a pretty good job at bringing the Raiders together. This is actually a watchable football team right now and they seem to have some upside. I think he should stay; he's done evaluating the players and now he's putting the pieces together on the field. But the issue is that these are the Raiders. They have a good thing and they will ruin it by firing him. I think he's gone.

- Tom Coughlin may be gone. This one is tough. The Giants like Coughlin, but this may be the end of the line for the two-time Super Bowl winner. I know they have given him a vote of confidence but I get the feeling it may be time. His players are not listening anymore. They may take a couple of days and change their minds but I feel he may be gone.

- Jay Gruden is gone. Okay, I'm stretching on this one. It's obvious though that Gruden does not want to be in Washington. He and Robert Griffin III do not get along, and this is not at all what he thought his first NFL head coaching experience would be like. He is doing everything he can do to get out. Maybe they will help him and push him out.

- Marc Trestman is gone. They may just have to start over in Chicago. The Bears are bad. They have a ton of offensive talent, they brought in an offensive head coach and they cannot get anything done. Maybe the problem is Jay Cutler. Who am I kidding, we all know the problem is Cutler. But his contact makes him hard to move. The Bears have to do something and Trestman may be the fall guy.

- Mike Smith is gone. Even if they make the playoffs, Atlanta needs to fire Smith and members of that Falcons staff. What happened here??? They have great pieces all around, they were headed in the right direction and then the team just lost it's edge. Plus, I watched Smith give a game away this year to the Cleveland Browns, calling time outs like a rookie and leaving time on the clock for his team to get beat. He is just a mess at times, and because of that, will be unemployed come Monday.

- Bonus: Jim Harbaugh is gone. This isn't news. He's going to Michigan. If you are anywhere near Ann Arbor on Tuesday, stay there for the big announcement.
