Man Charged With Firing Off 30 Gunshots In Downtown Concord, NH

CONCORD (CBS) – A man who allegedly fired off more than two dozen shots from a gun in downtown Concord, New Hampshire is being held on $10,000 bail before his arraignment.

Police say 33-year-old Timothy Dearborn of Concord "discharged approximately thirty rounds from a 9mm pistol," around 11:40 p.m. Wednesday in the area of Low Avenue.

No one was hurt.

Officers found Dearborn a short time later and arrested him. He allegedly threatened to hurt the officers while he was being booked and processed overnight.

There's no word yet on a motive for the shooting.

Dearborn is charged with reckless conduct, possession and unauthorized use of a firearm and criminal threatening.

He will be arraigned Thursday in Merrimack County Superior Court.
