Woman Convicted Of Fatally Shooting Boyfriend

BEL AIR, Md. (AP) -- A woman has been convicted of fatally shooting her boyfriend in their Edgewood home

The Harford County State's Attorney's Office says 35-year-old Tanasha Siena was convicted Tuesday of second-degree murder.

Prosecutors say on June 2, deputies found 37-year-old George S. Moore in a second-floor bedroom with gunshot wounds to the head and upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities say Siena claimed she shot Moore in self-defense.

A sentencing date has not been set.
