WEATHER BLOG: Spotty Showers
Other than some lingering morning showers and a chance for some spotty showers later, the forecast for the next five days is nice.
High pressure will build in later Thursday, and here we go! Sunny, a bit breezy, and 70 Friday through Tuesday. NICE.
Really that is about it.
But back to "The Storm." With rainfall amounts from 4 to 6.5 inches, we saw rain totals not unlike what you would experience in a tropical storm. Impressive. Real impressive. Just look at the pictures on social media. The shots the "Citizen Journalists" have posted are wild.
I know there were many areas devastated by tornadoes over the past few days, but don't kid yourself, the weather this storm brought to the Mid-Atlantic was just as fierce in its own way.
Now bring on some nice spring weather, and let's have some fun!
