Voters Giving Gov. Hogan Big Thumbs Up In Latest Poll

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJ)Z -- Voters are giving Governor Hogan a big thumbs up. He's more popular than any governor in recent memory.

In the latest poll by Gonzales Research, 67 percent approve of Governor Hogan's job.

Former Governor Martin O'Malley's highest ever approval rating was 58 percent in 2011.

Former Governor Robert Ehrlich's highest approval was 57 percent in August 2003.

Gov. Hogan is enjoying support across the political spectrum -- 49 percent of Democrats approve, while 94 percent of Republicans give him high marks and 78 percent of Independents do the same.
