UMD Student Found Dead In On-Campus Apartment
COLLEGE PARK, Md. (WJZ) -- Police found a University of Maryland student dead inside an on-campus apartment Monday.
According to the school's newspaper, The Diamondback, officers reportedly found the male student's body around 4:22 p.m. after someone requested a welfare check.
The student was identified as junior economics major George Peter Ross Korzeniewski.
At this time police say there's no evidence of foul play.
A cause of death will not be determined until after a medical exam.
