Tucker Ties NFL Record For FGs Longer Than 50 Yards

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Baltimore Ravens' kicker continues to impress.

During Sunday's game, Tucker launched a 53-yard field goal (in the pouring rain) and tied the NFL record for 10 field goals of at least 50 yards in a single season.

Former Vikings kicker Blair Walsh originally set that record in 2012.

Tucker is now 10-for-10 on field goals of at least 50 yards this season.

Sadly, Tucker's streak of 35-consecutive successful field goals ended after a block last week against the New England Patriots.

He's now 33-of-34 on field-goal attempts and has made all of his extra-point attempts.
