Trump Planning Weekend Campaign Visit To Western Maryland

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is making a campaign stop in Hagerstown this weekend ahead of Tuesday's state primary.

Trump's campaign announced on its website Friday that the New York businessman will hold a rally at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Rider Jet Center at Hagerstown Regional Airport.

Trump spoke Wednesday on Maryland's Eastern Shore. His competitors for the nomination, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich, also have campaigned recently in Maryland.

Trump's Washington County campaign manager Ginger Bigelow says she knew Trump was planning to visit western Maryland, and she's thrilled he chose Hagerstown.
