Towson Beats N.C. Central 31-20

TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- Darius Victor ran for 194 yards and three touchdowns Saturday to lead Towson to a 31-20 comeback win over North Carolina Central.

The Eagles (1-3) took a 14-10 lead in the second quarter on a 50-yard pass from Malcom Bell to Quentin Atkinson, but the Tigers (2-2) pulled ahead on a 22-yard pass from Connor Frazier to Spencer Wilkins and pulled away on Victor's 1-yard scoring run in the third.

Christian Carpenter picked off a pass by Malcom Bell and the Tigers converted on fourth-and-5 to set up Victor's final score at 9:08 in the fourth. Victor carried the ball 24 times.

Andre Clarke scored for the Eagles on a 10-yard run and Branden McLaren kicked field goals of 45 and 43 yards. Bell was 25 of 35 for 264 yards passing and the interception.

Frazier was 15 of 22 for 161 yards and an interception.
