Thank You Notes Left On Maryland National Guard Car Windshields
CATONSVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- Soldiers of the Maryland National Guard will be welcomed home from Washington D.C. with a little something special.
Thank you notes have been left on the windshields of their cars, pickup trucks and SUVs.
Their vehicles have been parked at the National Guard Armory in Catonsville since before the inauguration.
Days after the riot at the U.S. Capitol building, about 1,000 members of the Maryland National Guard were deployed to Washington D.C. to help police with security.
