Terrapins Head Soccer Coach Sasho Cirovski Previews USA Vs. Portugal
Sasho Cirovski is the two time National Champion Head Coach of the Maryland Terrapins soccer team.
Coach Cirovski joined Ed and Steve to breakdown how the US will play against Portugal with both teams short handed.
Coach Cirovski started by talking about the loss of Jozy Altidore and who should replace him saying "It's a big loss...first choice to replace him is probably Johannsson because he has a little more mobility." When asked about head injuries in soccer and how a player could overrule a trainer like in the Urugauy/England game yesterday Coach Cirovski said "I was shocked when he went back into the game...we're a lot further ahead in this country in terms of concussions and head injuries." Coach Cirovski showed some confidence at the end saying "the US is going to win this game...we're in the amazon and I'm looking for us to advance this weekend."
