Steve Tasker Gives His Pick For Super Bowl 48 And How It Will All Go Down
Steve Tasker is a broadcaster for CBS Sports, who previously was a wide receiver/gunner in the National Football League.
Steve joined Ed & Steve to talk about Superbowl 48.
Steve started the interview by talking about what he thinks will happen on Sunday. Steve believes the Seahawks are going to hold Peyton Manning and the Broncos to less than their normal, and he believes Percy Harvin will play a big role in this game. Steve also believes that Seattle will as usual lean on Marshawn Lynch and go heavy run.
Ed asked Steve how difficult it will be for the Seahawks to face Peyton who they rarely ever see. Steve said because of how good Peyton and his receivers are the Seahawks secondary will be spread thin but that Seattle's secondary is extremely deep and matches up well with Denver.
Steve also talked about the difference it makes to have experience in a Superbowl as to having a roster where no one has been before like the Seahawks have. Steve said the stakes are as high as can be but you have to try to keep your routine, even though everyday is a reminder that this is a different stage.
