Mike Harmon of FoxSports.com joined Bob and Glenn to preview Week 9 in the NFL and talk about the first couple of nights of the NBA season.
Week 9 in the NFL got underway Thursday Night with the Saints going on the road to beat the Carolina Panthers 28-10 on Thursday Night Football. Outside of the Ravens traveling to play the Steelers on Sunday night, the marquee matchup in the NFL this week is Denver traveling to New England in another Brady/Manning quarterback duel.
Outside of the return of LeBron to Cleveland, the big story in the NBA is the demise of the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers have started 0-2 despite the return of Kobe Bryant but haven't not looked good along the way. When asked about the Lakers, Harmon replied "Kobe can will this team to enough wins against bad teams to possibly get them in the playoffs."
