Sports Rehab: Keith Cavanaugh talking Terps Football and basketball
Keith Cavanaugh of the Terrapin Times joined Bob and Glenn to preview the Maryland football game against Iowa and talk about the recruits schedule to appear at Maryland Madness.
While the Terps football team will take on Iowa on Saturday, the Terps men's and women's basketball teams host Maryland Madness at the Xfinity Center. A few big time recruits are scheduled to come watch and probably none bigger than Diamond Stone who is the #1 rated center in the Class of 2015. when asked about Stone, Cavanaugh replied "Diamond Stone could be a game changer. If the Terps can land him, it will elevate the talent level."
Randy Edsall will lead the football Terps into its homecoming game against Iowa. Maryland is coming off a bye while Iowa is coming off a 45-29 win over Indiana. Cavanaugh was asked what the key is to a Terp victory and he said "Cant turn it over and beat themselves because Iowa won't make very many mistakes"
