BALTIMORE -- A special chick has hatched at the Maryland Zoo.
After ten years of nesting, a pair of Northern Ground Hornbill's named North, and Blue, had their first chick.
Northern ground Hornbill's are native to the African Savannah north of the equator and south of the Sahara Desert, according to the Maryland Zoo website.
A very special chick has hatched—one that has been 10 years in the making.
