The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll County, Cecil, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Talbot counties and Baltimore City until 7 p.m.
