CARROLL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- Route 140 is closed near Finksburg Tuesday evening due to a serious crash.
The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Route 140 and Sandymount Road. It appears two vehicles are involved.
