Road Rage Incident Leads To Arrest
GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJZ) -- A man was arrested Wednesday after police say he threatened another driver after he was cut off on the road.
Police arrived at the Wawa at 7699 Quarterfield Road in Glen Burnie around 5:33 p.m. after a man reported he was threatened with a gun.
The victim told police he was traveling along Quarterfield Road with a child in his car when he got into a road rage incident with a driver of a Hyundai.
The Hyundai driver believed the victim cut him off, police said.
The suspect pointed a black handgun at the victim and threatened the man through his car window, the man told police.
He then followed the suspect to the Wawa parking lot and called police.
Officers found a black handgun on the front seat of the suspect's car and 31-year-old Raymond Anthony Nolan was arrested. Police also found a small amount of marijuana and narcotic pain pills on Nolan.
Police determined the handgun was actually a pellet gun.
Nolan was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and two counts of CDS possession not marijuana.
