Ride To Conquer Cancer Is Underway
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Ride to Conquer Cancer is officially underway!
More than 1,000 cyclists are participating in the two-day, 150 mile ride, including our own Mary Bubala and Mike Schuh.
The event raised $2.6 million to benefit cancer research at Johns Hopkins and other area hospitals.
Riders will camp overnight in Walkersville. They will be treated to a hot meal and shower before heading back for an emotional finish Sunday.
